Terms and Conditions All services provided by dymundidesign are subject to the following terms and conditions. These policies have been put into place to protect both the client and dymundidesign. If you do not agree with any element of the Terms and Conditions, please do not contact me for a quote or for services. By purchasing any service, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as expressed below. Payment & Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all design work (including but not limiting web, graphic, print and design) to both hold your place & begin the work. The deposit is 50% percent of your estimated total and will be credited to your final bill. All design art work must be paid in full before it is given to the client; there will be NO exceptions made. In the case of projects that total less than $150, full payment is required to begin work. If this could be an issue, please email me to discuss further. Payment may be made using Paypal, check, or money order. Refunds are not offered due to the nature and time put into creations. I will work with you until you are satisfied with your purchase. Proofs and Approvals You will receive up to 2-3 mock ups with no more than 3 rounds of changes made to the selected mock up. If additional mock ups or changes are needed, there will need to be an additional charge at the rate of $45/hr. Minor revisions are accepted throughout the design process within reason. Please remember that NO refunds will be given on design work that has begun. Please look over my portfolio to make sure that you would indeed like to hire my services before submitting payment. You will receive your proofs and final graphic/print designs via email. All proofs will have the dymundidesign watermark on all images until the balance is paid in full. Once approval is made and balance is paid in full, you will receive several sizes of the purchased graphic work in .gif, .tiff, .jpg and/or .psd files. You will not however receive psd files containing your graphic designs in layers for manipulation. Manipulation of any sort of the graphics created by dymundidesign is strictly prohibited. Estimates on Design and additional design credits Quotes and estimates made on design work are an estimate only and not a guarantee of price. If more than 3 rounds of changes are needed on the graphic work, design rates are charged in hourly increments at $45/hour Right to Refuse Dymundidesign has the right to refuse service to any client that we deem to be practicing a business using unethical and immoral acts, including and not limited to pornographic sites or products or images, profanity, racial slurs or anything that I would not allow young adults or children to be around or witness. Non-Communication If dymundidesign is unable to communicate with a client on a project for a duration of at least thirty days (30) by phone or email during the design and development process, the project will be canceled without prior notice and the money paid will be forfeited to dymundidesign. Copyrights and Trademarks Copying images, text or design layouts from other sites is not condoned by dymundidesign. Any text, images and products provided must be owned by the client and must have expressed written permission to use. Under NO circumstances will dymundidesign be held liable for content provided by a client on a client website. The client will be responsible for paying any and all legal expenses that are a result of lawsuit against dymundidesign for graphics, images and/or content which is provided by and used by the client. Understanding Clients understand that they agree to dymundidesign’s terms and policies. Agreement and full understanding of our terms and this contract is effective upon purchase and hire, whether services are purchased through my site or sent via email, phone or postal mail.
